If you are planning on eating all your meal, forget it. Nobody has cleaned the pots yet. The front end of the skipper will attest to leftovers. Gail will cook you a meal that will stay with you a lifetime. Her price is $20.00 per person.

Gail will change the menu around if there is a problem. You better talk nice to her.

Dinners are served on minimum six hour cruises. 

All meals come with Ice Tea, Coffee or Tea.

Neil doesn’t like Carrot Cake!

Cabbage Rolls.

Can she cook cabbage rolls? She is a Kurbis. Enough? Comes with Garlic Bread and Carrot Cake for dessert.

Pork Kabobs.

Marinated pork that is barbequed to perfection. Comes with Garlic Bread, White Rice and Caesar Salad. Carrot cake for dessert.

Baked Lasagna.

Comes with Garlic Bread. Carrot cake for dessert.

Seafood Rollups.

Salmon, Crab and Prawns rolled in Noodles and smothered in her special White Sauce with fresh Mushrooms. Comes with Caesar Salad and Garlic Bread. Carrot Cake for dessert.

Oriental Chicken Wings.

Wings marinated overnight in a secret sauce. Baked in the oven and served with White Rice. Comes with a Caesar Salad. Carrot Cake for dessert.
